Best Price Guarantee:

For retail customers, before an order is placed, show us another company’s quote and warrantee on the same product and design. If their price (including tax and shipping) is better, we will match it and deduct another 5%!

Return Guarantee:

We will provide a replacement or a full refund for any product that is flawed or does not meet the production description approved by the client. If your order arrives defective or damaged or if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the workmanship, contact us immediately. We will do our best, always, to remedy any problem.

Lifetime Guarantee:

Goldstar Memorial Solutions guarantees its work for life. This means that should one of our bronze products break or crack, we will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost to you, as long as they are installed at their original location.
